1. Eligibility

Age & Residency: Open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older.

Geographic Restrictions: Participants must reside in states where Buckeye Vodka is legally sold and distributed. Void where prohibited.

Exclusions: Employees, contractors, directors, agents of Buckeye Vodka, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

Website Entry: Visit the dedicated landing page on the Buckeye Vodka website, complete the entry form with your name, email, and phone number, and agree to the terms and conditions.

No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free.

​

Disqualifications: Buckeye Vodka reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or incomplete entries.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 PM EST on January 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on February 18, 2025 (Eastern Standard Time). Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

Grand Prizes: Tickets to Ohio State Men’s or Women’s Basketball games. No Substitutions: No cash alternatives or prize substitutions unless Buckeye Vodka deems it necessary due to availability.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Notification will be sent via email or phone. Buckeye Vodka will make up to three (3) contact attempts. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Participation Requirements

Acceptance: Winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability Waiver: By participating, entrants release Buckeye Vodka from liability arising from participation or prize use.

Guidelines: Participants must adhere to the community standards of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Inappropriate content will result in disqualification.Hashtags: Eligible posts must include hashtags such as #BuckeyeVodka, #GoBucks, and #GameDayReady.

Content Use: By submitting content, participants grant Buckeye Vodka a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional purposes.
