Ingredients
2 oz. Buckeye Vodka
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
1 Clementine
3 Sprigs of fresh thyme
Dried edible flowers
Preparation
Make the flower ice cubes by filling an ice cube tray with water and adding dried edible flowers to each cube. Allow to freeze in the freezer.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the clementine and fresh thyme together.
Add the Buckeye Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
Strain the cocktail over a glass and add your homemade ice cube. Enjoy!
