Ingredients
12 oz Buckeye Vodka
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2Â tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ground cloves
1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
Vanilla or cinnamon ice cream
Preparation
First, infuse your Buckeye Vodka with the pumpkin puree and all of the spices by placing the vodka, puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger into a mason jar.
Shake or stir until all of the ingredients are well mixed. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (up to 3 days), shaking periodically, as separation is natural.
Once the vodka is infused, scoop 3-4 scoops of ice cream into a beer mug or glass.
Pour at least a few tablespoons of the infused vodka over the ice cream. Enjoy!
